”The hotel was almost 2 hours late for checking in. Were dismissive to customer concerns regarding the delayed check in and gave no information explaining it. Staff were not helpful and ignored calls to the front desk, the room was run down with a dirty bathtub, leather peeling off the couch, and a hole in the ceiling.”

”LOVED our stay at this property. We booked a king suite, and the bed and private room were very comfortable. The location was perfect for us. Great locations to beaches and a 30 minute or less drive to Sesame Place and Legoland. The staff were very friendly. The only thing that I was worried about was when we booked our room, we booked one with a sofa bed for our younger kids, and the room did not come with a sofa bed. But, the sofas in the room were almost daybed-sized and our kids were small...
