”This property is far superior to most Residence Inn sites. It looks like it was previously a mid to high end property. I think it may even be better than it's sister property, Marriott, across the street; it also has better amenities, like free breakfast and cheaper parking fees.”

”Staff was very friendly. We requested extra pillows and blankets our first night and they got them to us within 10 minutes. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The free breakfast was very nice (although we would have liked bacon on one of the days we were there instead of sausage everyday, not a complaint, just a suggestion.) Otherwise a very nice pleasant stay.”

”Our stay at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar was comfortable and convenient. The property is beautifully landscaped and feels upscale without being pretentious. The room was clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere, and a pleasant view. Staff were courteous and responsive to requests, though some interactions could be improved for consistency.”

”The house itself was clean, which we appreciated. However, it was not ready at check in, as the cleaners were still there and didn’t leave until 3:40 pm.Upon arrival, there were no towels in the bathrooms. They were left in the hallway and definitely need to be replaced. The kitchen could use some upgrades. The cookware and supplies were very low quality, and the pans gave off a chemical smell when heated. There wasn’t a salad bowl. You don’t need a lot, just the essentials, but those basics...

”Nice house in a family neighborhood in the Rancho Penasquitos section of San Diego, across the street from Mt Carmel HS. Parks and trails nearby and close access to freeways. House is large & clean, 3 bedroom 3 bath plus a living room converted into a sleeping space, and a large dining area and living room. All of the rooms look newly remodeled and have TVs.
