”We were there for a weekend trip. The staff were very nice and attentive. The reason why I am unable to give it 5 stars all the way across was because it was incredibly loud in our room. Our room was facing a public road, and we could every car passing outside. And all of the people outside. In addition, the sounds from the hallway are incredibly loud in the rooms. ”Hotelli oli todella mielenkiintoinen ja massiivinen. Koska rakennus on vanha, lattiat ja huoneiden kunto oli myös sen mukainen. Siitä huolimatta sekä huone että yleiset tilat olivat viihtyisät ja erikoiset. Hotellin palvelut ja ympäristö olivat myös viihtyisät. Oma hiekkaranta oli upea.”

”Vanessa at the front desk as great, the room was very clean, the jacuzzi was clean. The guys driving around in golf carts saw me and my girlfriend carrying all of our luggage and didn’t stop to see if we needed anything. Other than that, the layout of the resort is pretty bad with zero signs anywhere. Self parking is expensive and in a dirt lot. Won’t be back.”

”Check in staff were great and lovely. The bartender on duty at the pool was lazy, rude and rolled his eyes when we ordered an additonal drink, saying that we hadn't actually ordered two, just one and now he had to make another one. Food took almost an hour to receive it from the time of ordering. The bathroom shampoo, conditioner (amenities) were rusty around the bottle, dirty and said "non-refillable" but 2 of the pumps were out of the bottle. Very unhygienic and false advertising. Poor...

”The facility is pristine and staff both very pleasant and efficient. If you are staying to attend an event at the convention center the walk is about 25 minutes although it is an easy walk. ”
