"The location was absolutely beautiful. Scenery couldn’t be better. The property was well maintained and all the details were considered. Only challenge is that the Gargnano village is 5km steep downhill away, so you need the car to get there for dinner, etc. There were somerhing wrong with the bath amenities; i think instead of conditioner there was a body lotion in the bottle, and it didn’t do good for my hair."

"Save your money and book another hotel, not worth it. Room was ok but that’s all, no extra hotel luxury, no shampoo or conditioner, just a random cheap soap. The bed was stone hard, had to ask twice to get an extra pillow because they were also like 5 cm thick. Breakfast, many options but didn’t taste anything, just mass produced. Areas of the hotel looked like somebody forgot about the hotel for like 10 years, dried leaves everywhere and dirty, no gardener in sight. The adults only pool isn’t any cosy at all, just some beds and a small shed as a ‘bar’. We saw the pool guy once during our stay, took some leaves away from the pool with a cigarette hanging from his mouth. You can walk to town from the hotel but otherwise the area is quite empty. Plus for parking space, bathrobes and a good pasta for lunch, but that alone is not worth the price. Would never book again and don’t understa All the good reviews at all."
