”Did not meet my expectations. Guest’s service agents had poor service, as well as kuya J restaurant staffs for ala cart. Service staffs during breakfast buffet was great and i mostly appreciate the house keeping staffs, they are more accommodating compared to the front staffs.”

”Upon check in you have to wait for 15 minutes in the lobby because no one was there to assist you. Each room has it's own owner and therefore you have to wait for someone to help you. The worst part is the checkout. I wasn't advice that we need to wait upstairs for checkout to get my deposit because they have to check the rooms. The communication is so bad. The only thing that is nice is the location which is very accessible to everything. Would I book it again? I would think it twice!!!”

”The shops nearby is convenient. The problem with the kitchen is only 1 outlet is available. Had to unplug the ref to be able to use the microwave, toaster & portable stove. No bath soap was provided. The roll away bed was not comfortable to sleep on. Had to stand on the bed to adjust the fan(that is a safety issue). No kitchen utensils (knife). Smell coming out of the bathroom is a health issue. Since there was no AC it was very uncomfortable to sleep even fam was provided.”

”The location was great. Walking distance to Wright Park. The staff was attentive. We did have some problems with the toilet flushing properly in two of the bathrooms. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.”
