”It wasn't what I expected; poor maintenance, nothing like what they claim to offer. I don't recommend it; the entrance is in bad condition.”

”Loved the bungalow! Perfect for our one night stay. Downfalls were no hot water, the pool wasn’t clean, & the rocks between the place & the ocean. We are young, but I’m sure an older couple would struggle to get from the place to the beach. We loved the vibes of this place. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Air conditioning worked great. ”

”This property was amazing, cleanliness was amazing, host is very attentive as well as the workers there throughout the day. Very quiet area, great food spots within walking distance. The only issue I did have was arriving to property it was confusing with construction on the main road but other than that the experience at this property was a 10/10 and would highly recommend! ”

”Pool was not bad, that day it was extra cold but weather was super windy, bad there was construction nextdoor so the spray they were using was hitting us. The parking would be helpful if is paved because the road is already not, overall the place is cute, great view of the sea, the room was clean, if they keep up with updates this hotel can be a perfect stay.(The room where I stayed was small perfect for one person maybe 2, you can make it work)”

”Construction in hotel did not appear to be completely finished evidenced by incomplete exterior yard space and construction material in that space. Poor parking space available at hotel and around hotel. Luckily during my stay there weren't many guests, but cannot imagine what it would be like during full house. We were not notified that we must request daily room service, hence our room was not cleaned during our whole stay. We were never asked how our stay was going or if we needed anything-...

”Amazing views, however you will need a vehicle to get around. It is not walking distance to Sunset Park as stated on the website. You can technically walk to El Tunco but be ready to break a sweat. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay away from the noise this is the spot for you. Food was excellent and the staff waextremely nice and helpful. ”

”Clean, comfortable room in a great area at a very reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made the stay easy and enjoyable. The air conditioning was cold and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had excellent hot water and pressure. The room also had a new smart TV with streaming apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime, which was a great touch for relaxing at night. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as advertised. Would absolutely stay here again! ...

”We were celebrating an anniversary. The location was amazing. The mall and shops around had everything you needed. Carlos at the front desk was awesome. He helped us book an amazing restaurant for our anniversary dinner, book the transportation, and helped with excursions. A great time was had and we will return.”
