Located in the 9th floor and North facing, so the views are lovely and the apartment very cool for summer.

The development of Las Góndolas has a communal tropical pool open in 2023 from May to the 12th of October, from 10:30 to 15h and from 17 to 21h.



Located in the km 17 of La Manga, Veneciola, Mar Menor is 1 minute walking distance from the apartment and Mediterranean less than 5 minutes.

There is a small supermarket in the same street and many shops, bars, restaurants, farmacy...



3 km from the apartment there is a big supermarket (Spar) and the Tomás MAestre MArina is about 5 minutes by car, in this area (Tomás Maestre) there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and footbal courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...



A flexible rate es available for a 10% supplement, free cancellation up to 5 days prior arrival, rate available from September to June, both included. Dogs allowed with prior notice (25€ fee for the whole stay).

Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.

Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.
