The lower floor has an independent kitchen with gallery, a very spacious living room with access to a terrace overlooking the Estacio canal and the Tomás Maestre port. It has two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed, is very spacious and also has views of the canal. The second bedroom has access to the terrace and views of the port. It has two full bathrooms on the lower floor, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.



On the upper floor, there is a huge solarium terrace, which is accessed from the terrace. This terrace has incredible panoramic views and features a barbecue and a full bathroom with a shower, as well as all the necessary furniture and shade to enjoy outdoor meals and dinners.



The apartment is on the 7th floor, which ensures that the temperature, especially in the hottest months, is perfect. However, it also has air conditioning and ceiling fans in both the bedrooms and the living room.

The Los Miradores del Puerto development, at km 14, has a large communal area with a garden, paddle tennis court, and swimming pool.



There is a large supermarket (Spar) about 50 meters away, and there are many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets in the area.



It is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Tomás Maestre port, where there are many restaurants, bars, shops, and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings. In this same area of Tomás Maestre, there is a sports center with tennis courts, paddle tennis, and soccer fields, as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views, where anyone can buy a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attend the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, and Bodybuilding.
