”The property is very well presented, with most of it usable space. I knew after reading a few reviews that the check in process wasn’t going to be straight forward for us but after a few phone calls, they opened the door remotely. The property isn’t close to the beach or the main area for the restaurants, we knew this and were happy to walk, a few restaurants and bars are within a 5 minute walk, the 4 main supermarkets are 10 minutes away and the main area for eating and drinking are approx 15...

Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war stets nett und unkompliziert. 1 Punkt Abzug für die Lage, da die Anreise vom Flughafen Alicante, je nach Verkehrsaufkommen, zwei Stunden in Anspruch nehmen und es durch die Gäste der umliegenden Häuser nachts laut werden kann. ”In den 8 Wochen Aufenthalt haben wir das sehr gut ausgestattete Haus genossen. Besonders positiv ist die gut bestückte Küche, die perfekte Möglichkeit zum online arbeiten, der tolle Ausblick auf das Mar Menor und überdachte, großzügige Terrasse. Besonders zu erwähnen sind das im Nebenhaus lebende deutsche Ehepaar, die sich um alle Belange des Hauses vorbildlich kümmern. Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen.”
