Great spot near the airport and beside the mall. Bar closes too early, though. And because the pool was under maintenance, the outdoor porch was unavailable.

Lovely new property next to an in-construction addition to a mall. (No noise issues) staff at check-in had trouble with programming keys but friendly.

Everyone working at this hotel were super friendly and helpful throughout my 2 week stay. Excellent Customer service and welcoming environment. I especially enjoyed the following staff members who always were there when I needed anything and were so kind and went out of their way to make me feel safe and at home. Karen and Estela from the cleaning staff was very helpful and left everything clean. Isabel, Kenyell, Tamara, and Melissa from the kitchen staff were always attentive and helpful. Always made sure we had what we needed. Jessica and Eva from the bar always made me feel like i was drinking with a friend and always helped make my mother very fresh and tasteful virgin drinks with friut because they knew she was on meds. Jessica especially makes the best chiliguaro and guaro sours. Mario from pool maintenance always made sure to clean out the bugs because he knew i was scared even if it was a mosquito lol and he always made sure the pool was warm so i can enjoy my long stay there. He was very attentive. Karla from security is such an amazing soul her happy personality made me feel safe and at home. Lastly, Anthony who oversaw everything really was also so helpful in whatever i needed with such a positive attitude. I will definitely be staying there again.

This is a very nice hotel close to the airport. Unlike many airport hotels, it is sparkling clean, the staff is very professional, and the ambience is very pleasant--this is a place that punches above its weight! Highly recommended.

The hotel is new and clean. Unfortunately, you can hear the TV or people talking adjoining rooms even if they aren’t talking loudly, which can make it hard to sleep. And the food really wasn’t very good. Bummer.

Parking is right in front of hotel. However I think they are hosting an event by Abbott and we originally booked a queen room but got two double bed instead. Unfortunately they’re not able to change it because the queen and king bed are oversold. It’s understandable.

On check in even though I told staff I had already pain for my stay they insisted on charging me again , and said that I had only reserved the stay with my credit card . They hours later called and said they had made a mistake and would reverse the charges made . At least they admitted fault I do appreciate that ,but maybe more training is needed . I would still stay at this hotel again .

Perfect stay right by the airport and it's connected to the mall which was a big plus. The room was nice with a great view. Love the complimentary water and the food was decent for a hotel. This was my first stay since I arrived so late but definitely would stay here again. The roof top pool was nice just wish I got to experience the pool bar.

Quiet and comfortable. The hotel is attached to a mall which had several dining options. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The free shuttle to the airport runs on time every 30 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was charming and the room was clean with a very comfortable bed. We were on the 6th floor and when we tried to go to sleep it was very noisy from what we think was another room. There as also some type of announcing going on in the area that was very loud. The City Mall was right there so that gives other food options if you don’t want to dine at the hotel restaurant. I would recommend this hotel but ask for a room on the mall side. I think that would be quieter.

Our shower flooded the entire bathroom. We called for extra towels to dry it up and they never brought them. It was so uncomfortable using the bathroom.
