Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. When we arrived, the air conditioning in our room wasnât working. Maintenance came and said it couldnât be fixed, and the front desk would move us to a new room. After over an hour with no call and multiple failed attempts to reach the front desk (calls were either busy or disconnected), we went down ourselves. We were told the hotel was fully booked and the entire 4th floor had no AC, but other guests on that floor said theirs worked fine.
We had to get ready for an event in an 82° room. They also said our air would be back on within an hour, but when we got back to our room 6 hours later, it was still 82 degrees.
Later that night, we were finally assigned a new roomâat nearly midnight. We had to pack and move all our things ourselves, and the new room had two double beds instead of the king we booked.
Valet service was also very slow with only one attendant, and the restaurant/bar was closed on a busy Saturday. This was disappointing because we wanted to eat and have a drink before our event.
The valet service claimed we would have easy access to our car, but they actually park it in the parking garage a few blocks away, which is only 20$ rather than the 53$ I was charged. I contacted the manager as promised, but received no response after multiple emails. I ended up disputing the charges. I would not stay here again.
