No Sr.Yes was our mistake to change the room for another one that was no the one you booked, but you booked a room with shared bathroom.And we still did as possible we can with you trying to give you another room in other hotel but your actitude was rude!We are really sorry for this inconvenient, sometimes problems happens because we are humans and as you said, you were here many times before and that never happens, we will keep improving our service but you are wrong with this comentary. Other costumers can read anothers reviews and compare that. Our balance is totally positive, the Best in the City comparing same level hotel.

Dear Mark,We are so sorry and also confused about your experience at the hotel. There is a huge misunderstanding about the services: there is ice, and coffee at the kitchen (made by the fridge and a coffee maker), but there is no coke machine or an ATM inside the hotel. Those services were not specified in our website, or Expedia; and even the services that we could offer, like the ice and the coffee could have been provided, but you did not ask for them.We are so sorry for the communication issue. Our staff is always ready to help in a gently way, and this could have been the same for you.
