🚭 Smoking: outdoors only. If additional cleaning is required due to the smell of smoke, $50 will be charged, so that the next guest receives the place as clean and fresh as you received it 🙏🤍


🦟 The use of mosquito nets is optional. If used, we respectfully ask that you handle them with great care, as the mesh is very delicate. In the event of damage, a fee of $45 will be charged, corresponding to the cost of the specialist who performs the repair.


🧹In the bathroom or kitchen drawers, you’ll find green or yellow cloths for cleaning whatever you need.
The white cloths are for use on your face and hands. If they are used for other purposes or are heavily stained, a charge of ₡4,000 per cloth will be applied, as the guest staying after you expects the same level of cleanliness.
