”The rooms and restrooms are in bad condition not well cleaned. Hotel stinks. Sheets, bedspreads and doors were all broken.Only one staff for everything, for every duty. doesn’t help. August 1, 2026 front desk night staff was helpful but there is so much she could do by herself, she was very polite. However, the morning front desk lady was very rude. August 2, 2026.”

”The rooms were very clean. Staff were friendly. Didn’t have any issues with asking for towels, most hotels require the other before giving you extras. Room service was respectful. The only thing was having to wait on the elevator. Seems like everyone used it but other than that pleasant stay. I can definitely say I would definitely come and stay here again.”

”From start to finish, the Quality Inn at Ingleside was impeccable. The Grab-and-Go breakfast was surprisingly diversified and included tasty sandwiches that could be warmed in a micro. We enjoyed our stay immensely.”

”The hotel was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my sweater in the bathroom and called about an hour after checking out. They had it safely stored, and I was able to come back and pick it up without any problems. I really appreciated their honesty and excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again”

”The pool/hot tub area was absolutely beautiful. The water was a great temp in both. There was no elevator, just steps outside. The breakfast was ok, but not kept warm sometimes. There was black mold in the room's bath/whirlpool so they changed us to another room. It was ok & they were nice, but not quite what we were expecting. For the really good price Expedia gave us, we were satisfied for the most part.”

”Nice clean, comfortable room with cold AC. I was worried being so close to the highway the road noise would be to loud, but had no issues. The blackout curtains kept the room nice and dark.”
