Location & House layout are the reasons I am gifting 2 stars. This property has the potential to be a 5 star. Where do I start... I looked at the reviews and only a handful stated dirty .. that is an understatement. I reached out to the owner about the house being dirty and the lack of soap which was noted on the amenities, she only addressed the soap issue. We were traveling for an event so time was of the essence that is the only reason I stayed. 1 - Kitchen Light switch is tightly behind the sink faucet.2- ALL ceiling fans and lights are on the same frequency so every room and living room must agree on when its lights out - such an easy fix yet no attention to detail.3- The showers SUCK, they were installed poorly and the on demand tank must be dirty because one minute the water is ice cold the next your burning. You think you got it to the right temp, lather and when you go to rinse be surprised..4- The AC in the living room is so clogged that if you sit on the sofa you will be sprinkled - again easy fix.5- Cleaning service needs to be fired!!!! Behind dressers, under the beds & closets haven't been clean in a very long time. Refrigerator was dirty, and all AC vents were dirty. It was so bad in the master bedroom that it was not working so we had to clean it.6- If you plan on cooking bring your own pots. The ones they have are disgusting and cooking utensils are gross. Dishes, cups and silverware were good.Plenty of towels.
