The building itself has a few parking spots (first come, first served) or you may park anywhere on the street, there`s always space. Although recommended since Puerto Rico has many wonderful destinations around the island, renting a car is not necessary. Being in a touristic area, Uber access is quick and priced fairly. This building is about 10-15 minutes away from Old San Juan and Condado (popular `downtown-like beach area`). Quiet hours are in effect from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors and comply with Airbnb’s policies. Please keep noise levels minimal during these hours, as violations may result in fines, reports, or removal from the property. Be mindful of your neighbors throughout your stay.
