Its central location puts you in the heart of the island, making it convenient to enjoy its local attractions or wander to experience the rest of what paradise has to offer. The building itself has a few parking spots (first come, first served) or you may park anywhere on the street, there's always space. Although recommended since Puerto Rico has many wonderful destinations around the island, renting a car is not necessary. Being in a touristic area, Uber access is quick and priced fairly. This building is about 10-15 minutes away from Old San Juan and Condado (popular "downtown-like beach area"). Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, in accordance with Airbnb policies. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to avoid fines, reports, or removal from the property. Be considerate of your neighbors throughout your stay.
