The space
This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house is where I grew up. Some of the neighbors are actually family. This newly renovated home barely resembles what it once was. The new open floor plan lets you enjoy and partake in what the family is watching while someone is cooking, or have plenty of assistance from helpers around the "island" while Alexa plays some background music. Seating for 6 on the dining room table allows you to have everyone around the table for that end of day family time. TV time can be enjoyed from the couch, or lounging from the bench/Chez lounge type accommodation. A large enough desk to get work done when necessary but small enough to remind you why you are here. The hallway takes you to the bathroom and 3 rooms where you can relax out of the heat in some cool A/C. The rooms provide shelving or drawers so your stay is not spent living out of a suitcase. All rooms have A/C and Fans. Once you are done selecting rooms, you can discover the garage, porch, and back yard. The porch is equipped with a park bench to sit outside on cool nights. The garage can store your car if needed or give you room to stretch if you leave it out on the curb. Just outside the kitchen door a small patio set on artificial grass gives you the outside feel but keeping you out of the sun. A half bath will be your private sanctum when the other one is in use. On the way to the laundry our own little beach storage area with many of the things you need for one of the biggest reasons you came to an island. The laundry will help you pack a lighter suit case. Finally the back yard will allow your pets to also feel relief regardless of how busy any bathroom is. (Please pick up after them!)

You have the run of the house save for some storage and supply closets and the shed.
Other things to note
This is Puerto Rico, some times power goes out, its part of life here. - soon we should have solar panels, and that may be less of an issue.
