the host was Great overall. with informations...sometime to much information!!first of all, the house description and pictures are NOT in line with actual house. The bathrooms was very dated. showers need regrouting and fresh paint as well.the furniture was in abysmal condition.She stated via textthat no one that not on the rental can come over, in which I concur, although I has family in the area. No loud Noise or party. Ok No excessive! power usage if you are not there..ok. ...I had to provide my own batteries to utilize the TV.10.99.There was sign posted throughout the bathroom area, stating, Do not throw paper into toilet ..what?. but concur. she had some many rules and regulations, that she she move back in or sell. RENTER BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY. SHE ALSO STATE, IS A BEACH VILLA...IT LOOK MORE LIKE SOME RUNDOWN APARTMENTS OVER LOOKING A COVE NOT A BEACH.TO SUM IT UP, NOT WORTH IT. THE PICS ARE DECEPTIVE. THE BEST PART OF THE STAY WAS THE NEIGHBORS AND WHEN I CHECK OUT. SHE'S PROBABLY A GREAT PERSON{OWNER} BUT A VERY BAD OWNER.THAT APARTMENT NEED A REALLY GOOD MAKEOVER. I FELT SO RESTRICT IN FEAR OF HAVING TO PAY A FINE...HER EVIDENCE. PLEASE GET RID OF THAT STAINED CRUSTY GRAY COUCH,WITH FEATHER FLYING AS YOU SIT DOWN THAT YOU DID NOT WANT PEOPLE TO EAT ON. PLEASE GET YOUR PIPES AND DRAINAGE SITUATION RESOLVED. YOU ARE CHARGING TOOOO MUCH FOR THIS HOSTEL, WHEN IN ACTUALITY IT PROBABLY SHOULD BE CONDEMMED. IN FUTURE BOOKING STATE YOUR RULES AND REGULATIONS PRIOR
