We had a positive experience with Eduardo P., who served as the receptionist at the front desk during our stay. His assistance was invaluable, particularly in offering recommendations for dining and local activities. I struggle with calling this location "luxury". We stayed in the penthouse, and it was a basic studio suite. The parking garage is very small with limited parking spaces. There is a store next door which was convenient, but a lot of people kind of just hang out there. It was an interesting neighborhood for "luxurious" hotel. Notwithstanding these observations, we derived considerable satisfaction from the rooftop amenities. We really enjoyed the rooftop. The culinary offerings at Eteria Rooftop were commendable, complemented by captivating vistas of the cityscape. Additionally, our enjoyment extended to the pool facilities. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nonetheless, we encountered a degree of discrepancy between the designation of the establishment and the portrayal presented in promotional materials. Generally, we felt a bit misled. However, it was still a fair stay.

Staff was very nice and friendly very eager to assist. Parking was free and there is a 24-hr convinience store next to the building.

Stay was a 10/10 decent price, the location was very close to a lot of areas in car/Ubers walking wasn’t to bad either. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Melendez and Paola at the front desk and the doorman i forgot to catch his name talk nice fella. Only thing i would Like to change would be the breakfast it wasn’t bad but it was a little skimpish and my mimosa tasted like watered down juice. I’d also love a bottle opener in the room, but other then that i loved my stay and will be staying again.

We stayed as a family and realized that the property is not a family friendly hotel. The pool was at a roof top bar busy with people having drinks , so we never used it. The room was good, very comfortable bed and mini kitchen was nice. The breakfast each morning was a good perk. I didn’t feel comfortable walking around the area, and there was only one restaurant in walking distance but they were not welcoming and the menu had no option in English. No problem getting Ubers. The front desk and other staff were all very nice!

This was really nice, we stood on the top floor and had a whole kitchen and tub which I wasn’t expecting. Breakfast is included and room serviced but bacon is not. The cleaners hung out in our room and never returned the next two days. The pool is in the middle of the restaurant.

Positive: the bar/dining experience was nice and the bar tenders and staff very accommodating. The first suite was not acceptable but the manager was professional and upgraded our party to a suite. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was close to downtown but a cab or Uber was necessary.

The hotel is okay. I believe I expected more because the name advertises Luxury. The place wasn’t the tidiest but house keeping was willing to clean whatever we realized needed to be cleaned. I was actually going to check out early . The manager was willing to accommodate my partner and I. He upgraded our room to a suite - free of charge. All of the staff went above and beyond to welcome us to San Juan. They gave us recommendations for local eateries and excretions on the island. . (The hotel is also located in walking distance from local shops, restaurants and a movie theater. ) The staff themselves made the stay for us. Thanks Miguel and team.

Wasn’t what i expected. However, the hotel manager was very helpful and professional. He attended to me asap and corrected my issue. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. As for the property, it seems to be going through a bit of construction, as well as the neighborhood.

Nice property, staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the rooftop bar/restaurant. The pool is much smaller than it looks in pictures and right in the middle of the restaurant so it’s awkward going at night.

At first glance it doesn’t seem like much. However, inside speaks volumes. Presidential suite was on point. The staff, Melendez and Paola are excellent and the roof top deck is beautiful. We will definitely be returning.

Nice staff but the wifi was unreliable which meant that I had to use my personal hotspot for all of my business meetings and also meant that I couldn’t watch TV to wind down after a long day of work.
