Fresh Linens & Towels – 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths, a makeup remover cloth, and 1 beach towel per guest.

Personal Care Kits – Shaving set, toothbrush & paste, mouthwash, makeup wipes, cotton swabs, nail file, and sewing kit. Plus, hotel soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and soap.

Kitchen Essentials – Regular 10-cup coffee machine, espresso maker, Bustelo coffee, hot chocolate, marshmallows, and sugar (supplies are limited; guests are responsible for restocking).

Starter Toiletries & Household Items – Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent (guests must restock as needed).

Beach Gear – Chairs, a cooler, and basic beach essentials for your seaside adventures.

Pack & Play – Available for $50 per stay (subject to availability).

Security – Exterior surveillance cameras for enhanced guest safety.

House Rules

Check-In / Check-Out – Check-in after 4:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM.

No Smoking – A $500 cleaning fee applies if violated.

No Pets – A $300 fee plus immediate removal from the property if violated.

Power & Water Disclaimer – Puerto Rico occasionally experiences utility interruptions. Refunds will apply to unused nights if services are interrupted for more than 3 hours.

All bookings require signing a short-term rental agreement within 48 hours.

General Conduct

No jumping on beds.

No eating in bedrooms.

No confetti or party decorations.

No parties or events allowed.
Confetti cleaning fee: $50

Cleanliness & Check-Out

Clean the grill before check-out. Unclean grill fee: $50

Wash all dishes before check-out. Dirty dishes fee: $50

Remove all garbage before check-out:

And drop off in the outside garbage bins.

Trash left inside will result in a $50 fee.

Please also empty the bathroom trash before you leave.

Bathroom Use

Do not flush toilet paper. You can use the bins provided in each bathroom.

Laundry & Damages

Lost, stained, or damaged towels: $25 each.

Do not wash sandy clothes or towels — shake out excess sand outside first.
Damage to the washer/dryer from sand will be charged.

Any broken or damaged items will be charged to the guest.
