The Space:
Our beautiful house features:
(4) bedrooms with installed A/C on each one and closet to store your belongings. There is (1) king size bed, (2) queen size beds and a bunk bed with twin sized beds.

It is located 2 to 15 minutes away from Isla Verde Beach.
Our property is outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels.
We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities includes :
(1) soap dispenser that has body soap, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom,
(2) garbage bags,
(1) roll of paper towel,
(2) rolls of toilet paper per bathroom,
(1) dish soap,
(1) dish sponge.
We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. You are able to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
Guest Access:
The apartment does not have private parking. You can find street parking or there are paid parking garages around the area.
Other Things to Note:
Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the care of our property, a $200 refundable security deposit is required for all stays. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Payment Process: A team member will contact you after booking confirmation to arrange payment, typically one day prior to your arrival.
- Requirement: This deposit must be settled before check-in. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy in agreedment with Airbnb.
- Refund Policy: The full deposit will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur.
- Deductions: In the event of damage or necessary incidentals, you will receive a summary of deductions along with the remaining balance.

Once you check into the unit, we are always available by Airbnb chat or phone to help with any questions. If there is an issue that needs attention during your stay please let us know right away in order to provide you with assistance as soon as possible.
