We would like to clear that the leak problem was condensation from the air conditioner and the open windows, a handyman was at the property almost all the time, and he asked you if everything was fine a few times, but you never told him for the leak to be fixed. We are very sorry for the inconveniences but I hope you understand that you request for a whole refound couldn't be processed cause was after 21days of stay. We hope to see you again at our properties.
