Tämä moderni talo sijaitsee lomakeskustyyppisessä rakennuksessa, josta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät. Se tarjoaa viihtyisän, yksityisen ja erittäin rentouttavan ympäristön. Sopii perheille, joilla on vanhempia lapsia, romanttisia lomia tai vain rentouttavalle retriitille. Kävele rannalle ja nauti rauhallisista lämpimistä vesialueista ja henkeäsalpaavista auringonlaskuista tai jää vain kotiin kokeilemalla erilainen luonnon tunnelma. Kaksikymmentä (20) min. lentokentältä

Taloon mahtuu 6 henkeä mukavasti. Meillä on kaksi makuuhuonetta / kaksi kylpyhuonetta ja yhteiset tilat. Makuuhuoneet ovat erittäin viihtyisiä, mukavia ja niissä on ilmastointilaitteet. Makuuhuoneessa on kylpyhuone suihkulla suodatinjärjestelmä. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja jaettu kylpyhuone. Jaettuihin tiloihin kuuluu olohuone, jossa on queen-vuodesohva, ruokailutila, tilava perhehuone, pesutupa, ulkosuihku ja upea uima-allas. Tämä ominaisuus ei ole lapsiystävällinen, koska allas (3-10ft syvä) ja avoin pääsy järvelle. Lapsiperheiden tulee valvoa heitä 100% ajasta olemalla omaisuutta.

Televisiot ovat läpi talon, joista osa on wifi-yhteyttä. Keittiö on täysin varustettu. Käytössäsi on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Myös rantapyyhkeet, vuodevaatteet, aurinkovarjoja ja tuoleja, grilli jne.

Olen talossa tervehtimään sinua henkilökohtaisesti ja näyttämään sinulle talon ja omaisuuden ympärille. Mieheni ja minä asumme talossa pienen koiran kanssa "coco"; meillä on oma makuuhuone ja kylpyhuone länsipuolella. Olemme erittäin ystävällinen ja hyödyllinen pari, mutta emme keskeytä yksityisyyttäsi, ellet käsittele meitä huolta tai tarvetta. Minulla on kahvia ja mannermainen aamiainen valmiina sinulle, jos pyydät pienen maksun. Nautimme hosting ja sen haluamme varmistaa, että vierailusi on miellyttävä.

Talo on asuinalueella umpikujaan (umpikujaan), joten melutasoa on valvottava. Pysäköinti on rajoitettu enintään kahteen ajoneuvoon. Järvi ei ole tarkoitettu uimiseen, mutta voit kalastaa. Meillä on pieni kalastusvene omaan käyttöösi. Y Kotimme on sinun kotisi, haluamme vieraitamme huolehtimaan siitä, jos se olisi omaa.

Kaduemme on hyvin hiljainen ja naapurit pitävät itsensä. Levittown on erittäin vilkas kaupunki, jossa on monia kauppoja, ravintoloita, leipomoita, apteekkeja, supermarketteja jne. Lähellä kauppakeskuksia ja elokuvateattereita. Se sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla San Juanin ja Doradon välissä. Yöelämä on melkein joka ilta varsinkin viikonloppuisin. Me kutsumme sitä miniksi "Las Vegas".

Lähistöllä ei ole julkista liikennettä, joten sinun tarvitsee vuokrata auto tai voit soittaa Uberiin. Kymmenen minuutin ajomatka vanhaan San Juan Ferryyn, Bacardi-kasviin, Dorado Gulf & Beach Clubiin, Bayamonin tiedepuistoon, ostoskeskuksiin ja paljon muuta. The house was clean and everything we needed. The property was incredible and tucked away in a nice quiet corner of an otherwise vibrant, local community. And our host was amazing. She was helpful, provided great insight about the area and things to do, and delivered everything as promised. The pool was great. My husband fished in the lagoon everyday (and evening). We were close to the beach, to groceries and local restaurants. We used the house as a landing spot among various day trips to other destinations around the island. But we enjoyed being at the house and in the local community.

Coming Home

Hadn't been to PR in 21 years! Actually lived in this town for a few years and was amazed to see all the changes. This home was the perfect location, close to shops and restaurants, less than 5 mins to highway 165 that runs along the northern coast with amazing views and beaches. The pool and yard great for relaxing and getting some sun. (it gets very hot. Wear sunscreen!) We loved sitting by the lake at night, great place for my husband to enjoy his whisky and cigar. Noemi was a wonderful host. She was attentive and readily available when we needed her, even coming over to help after 9pm when we reached out. It rained heavily during parts of the days and there were power outages, but we weren't aware as the home has solar panels which was a god send. Noemi would alert us when they happened. The home was clean and comfortable with room to hang together in one area or spread out in its open layer concept. My master bed was comfy and firm, but not hard. AC in the room was great, gettin cold set at just 70. The sunrise through the morning window is amazing and provides great light, but the room can get really hot so don't keep them up long.Would definitely recommend staying here. The pool/backyard views, location and ease of access can't be beat. Noemi was a wonderful host and made us feel like family.

Fantastic Property and Stay

We had the pleasure to stay at Noemi and Orlandos property for two weeks. There was five of us and we didn't feel crammed at all. The layout of the home flows nicely and is very comfortable in all aspects. The outdoor spaces are the star of the property though making it very easy to relax and enjoy the island life. The location is pretty convenient as well with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The ferry to Old San Juan is a short drive or Uber's are plentiful as well.Noemi and Orlando are very welcoming and warm hosts who are there as needed for questions, concerns, or advice.If you have any hesitation in booking here you shouldn't!

Tropical Get Away

Noemi’s place was perfect for our anniversary trip! She met us when we first arrived to give us access and a little tour - super short and sweet. The place was clean and layout was easy. The pool and back yard was something we just couldn’t leave - we had a lot of activities planned but kept coming back to be in the pool and cook out on the grill. Grocery store was less than 5 minutes and we saw some bars we wanted to go to within walking distance, but the pool kept calling. I’d definitely come back to Noemi’s place!

Trip To San Juan Puerto Rico

Don't miss out on this amazing home! From the great interior to the fantastic backyard and fantastic host. This place is awesome. The views from the backyard and the salt water pool made it easy to want to just stay and relax. The interior is super comfy and the AC works great! the beds were comfortable. It was also nice that there were beach towels and chairs to use at near by beaches. Noemi, the host/owner was a true gem - she check us in and offered many tips and recommendations. Communication was perfect. I cant say enough good things about this place. Perfect for families. Thank you Noemi! You made our trip amazing.

House and Host Naomi were fantastic! Check in was a breeze and house was just as described. Extremely clean, and well appointed . Backyard and pool are breathtaking! Naomi was an exceptional host. She met us at check in and explained everything about the house. She was extremely kind and super friendly. She checked in with us during our stay and gave a ton of excellent recommendations. Great week in Puerto Rico

This was perfect for 4, but room for more if needed. Noemi was a great host, the house was a nice place to relax and enjoy the scenic views, the pool was an added plus for us to enjoy before and after exploring the island. Great Escape

Nice place in a quite community.

The house it nice. Indoor and outdoor spaces. It could use a deep cleaning, but is not dirty. Individual AC units in.each room, but noore than 2 units on in the house at the same time. One bedroom has a ceiling fan and that helps a lot. The owner was nice, but she lives next door and you feel like one of her kids and my husband was convinced that she was watching when we were in the backyard as she enteres through the back gate when he was looking at the hot tub and she came in to tell him we couldn't use it. Overall enjoyed the house, good communication, nice neighborhood.

Micromanagement

This property was excellent, except for the host constantly telling us what to do. I do not recommend staying on a property with the host right next door. It felt micromanaged because she would turn certain things off at night when we were still awake. After I said something to her the the last 2 nights the cable would go out at night. If u like to be babysat then you should book here. But if ur grown this is not for you.

Great Stay

Noemi, the host, was very attentive to our needs. The place looks just like pictures but the backyard and pool are more beautiful in person. We had all the amenities we needed. San Juan was only about 20-25 minutes away. I preferred staying away from all the hustle and bustle in the City. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.
