Located next to some of the finest hotels in Puerto Rico, with direct access to one of the best urban beaches in the world, we offer you a hidden gem.

Enjoy a magnificent view of the ocean from the 18th-floor balcony while you have breakfast or a cup of coffee in the morning. The apartment, the pool and surrounding areas have been beautifully renovated.

The apartment is fully equipped with Smart TV, stateside cable stations, and free wifi. There is a magnificent King size bed.

The building has 24 x 7 security, and there is available parking.

I absolutely loved the place. It was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The hosts were very responsive and always willing to help. The location is excellent—right in the heart of everything. The bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and would love to return. El lugar me encantó. Estaba impecablemente limpio, contaba con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda y agradable. The property was very clean and was plenty of room for a couple. This property is so close to everything that was needed. Security was always around doing their jobs. No problems at all with the property or the owners they were always quick to respond and let us stay a little longer than checkout because it was not rented the day we left and that was very nice to accommodate us til time to get our flight home. I would most definitely stay here again!!

The place was just as listed. Unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy the full experience due to a power outage on the island. The host did reimburse us some of our stay because we had to end our trip early. For that we were grateful.

The only thing I didn’t like was I had issues with parking there was a car were I was to park and they didn’t offer a different spot i literally had to tell the host I would not stay if he didn’t accommodate me.

Little slice of heaven

Great condo with everything you could possbly need..would love to come back. My only issue was the initial access to the condo..better instruction would be to look for the lever behind gate to open the gate before entering pin on keypad. Also the ability to access the beach was frustrating becausr of the absence of guards and not being able to go to and from beach without someone opening gate

If you’re looking to visit PR on a budget this is the perfect room to book! It was in a great location to visit the beach and take very short Ubers to old PR and sight seeing. The room was very clean with all amenities that were advertised. 5/5 will stay again and recommend to family and friends!

The location was great! 3 minute walk to beach. We had a view of the ocean which was wonderful. A few things need to be upgraded though…towels were pretty worn and we had trouble getting hot water in the kitchen. The building is great and we had a marvelous time!

Isla Verde Retreat

Had a wonderful stay at this Isla Verde condo. It's beachfront and offers spectacular views of the ocean. It's centrally located near many shops, restaurants and the beach was very nice. You can even walk to the hotel bar next door for lunch or drinks while you're on the beach and there was a food wagon on the beach as well selling kabobs and other food items. The pool was large and clean and there was an onsite security guard near the pool and beach. The unit is in good condition, although the shower area could benefit from some updates. However, the unit was clean, had a very comfortable bed, and had some toiletries and practical items such as a small cooler you can take to the beach, beach towels, etc. The only thing I didn't like at first was the parking garage area. The designated parking spot is in a dark corner. The parking is right next to the elevator entrance, which is nice, but the lights in the hallway to the elevator also weren't working. The lighting was very dim in the area and that made it a bit creepy and scary at first. However, we got used to it after the second night. This isn't the owner's fault, however, just something to keep in mind and hopefully the owner can bring this to the attention of the building maintenance team. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent this unit again.

Great location

The building is in a great location. A lot is within walking distance, and you can't beat being right on the beach. Old San Juan is just a short drive away. The building is well maintained and has everything you need right on site. The condo itself was extremely small with very little kitchen storage and prep area to cook. If you aren't planning on cooking any of your meals and eating out the entire trip, this isn't a big deal but for us, this was a drawback. The condo could also benefit from some comfier furniture as the dining table and deck furniture were not comfortable to sit in.

Pleasant and comfortable stay

We were there ( 9/09/2023 - 9/16/2023 ). We had a great time. Right in the center of everything ( small strip mall, plenty of restaurants as well as fast food options. The beach and pool were great. The condo was nice, air conditioned, quiet and clean. The view was awesome from the balcony. We definitely recommend this condo.

This was my boyfriend's first time staying in a vacation rental and I've stayed at numerous ones but he absolutely loved it. The condo has an amazing view from the bed. It's walking distance to many restaurants and just a short uber ride to Old San Juan, the airport, and other attractions. He said he would love to stay here again on our next visit to San Juan.

This was our first trip to Puerto Rico and it was amazing. The condo is nice and cozy and has a great view of the beach. The beach is only a short walk away and you can utilize the chairs in the condo or rent some on the beach. Raphael was very quick to respond to any questions we had which was very helpful. The location of the property was excellent as there are stores and restaurants close by. San Juan and surrounding attractions are only a short drive or Uber away which was very convenient. We highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it!

Clean Space - Great Stay

The apartment was very clean and well appointed including body wash, shampoo amd conditioner along with a medicine cabinet with random first aid supplies including aloe vera gel you may need. Backpack beach chairs were supplied along with high quality beach towels amd a laundry rack on balcony to dry your bathing suits. If you are environmentally conscious, sink has a water filtration system sonthat you can refill your water bottles. Owner was super accommodating when our flight was delayed and extremely responsive.
