Great potential, bad communication, no parking

Outside- great proximity to mall, airport, and old San Juan; easy to find and access with given instructions; no dedicated parking; lots of cats and cat poop in the areaInside- Wi-Fi did not work the entire time even though I repeatedly told owner it was out; comfortable and well decorated after hunting down all of the mosquitoes found inside on first day; the exposed electrical outlet is hazardous; poor communication with owner;

Decent little place to stay in San Juan

It was a nice little place, good area that was near San Juan and had a lot of convenient attractions around. Its a good place if you want to go out and explore the city. Had some issues with the tv/internet but the owner was helpful in resolving issues and responded quickly.

Location : was great we were 10 minutes or less from everything Communication: The address was wrong and we couldn’t find the house for 30 minutes. The host did not answer their phone for the entire trip. SN: the WiFi was trash.

Overall the property was clean, quite and comfortable....i rated it 4 of of 5 stars because when it rain the path way had an unpleasant scent.... other than that it was lovely...i would stay there again...

They gave us wrong lock box witch was not even our unit had roaches and ants stove was disconnected ceiling paint was peeled off outlet plug did not have a cover , then they finally gave us the right unit and still had an issue with the ant they were supposed to go by and drop off spray for it and never did so I dint even bother contacting the owner me personally I don’t recommend it I have pics from the ants roaches and paint peeling

I enjoyed my stay! It was local and close to everything! The young lady that was cleaning was very helpful. Only issue was the water pressure in the shower. But I loved that it had warm water! ☺️

Amazing bnb for you and your family

This property was awesome. It is located a max 10 minutes from everything in San Juan. Getting rides in this area is very easy and fast. This room is walking distance from multiple nice restaurants and cafes. I have zero complaints about this place. I will 100% be staying here in my next trip!

First I wanna start off by saying the neighbors were super friendly and helpful. I loved everything about this place super comfortable, most of the restaurants were walking distance so that was great. Only thing negative I have to say is That the water pressure in the shower was light. Besides that if your looking for a nice comfortable space for two book this place.

Good stay

Overall the property was nice. Difficult opening the lock box outside. Property was well kept and clean when first arrived. WiFi internet connection isn't that fast and my laptop never connected to the house WiFi. Speed was based on TV in next door bedroom constantly pausing. Transition from bedroom to bathroom hidden step up and kept hitting my toe. Very little hot water when taking shower. There were a number of missing pictures in rooms based off photos. Bathroom sink faucet was very loose and could be fixed. Some ants at the table when food left overnight. Very similar to efficiency apt size. For the price it's a very good stay, but you have to understand what you are getting for the price. Neighborhood was alright, but at night the neighbors can get a bit rowdy. It's a working class neighborhood. You will have to park down the road. Outside sitting area was not setup for sitting. For the price I would stay again for a quick in/out visit to San Juan. Very appreciative for accomodations.

Not what we expected, but it was enough

We are a family that doesn’t need much when we choose a property, but there were definitely a few key things missing. First, we were provided with two very small trash cans (with one bag each) to last us an entire week, and no extra trash bags. We were forced to purchase our own trash bags. Second, one towel per person was provided (plus washcloths) and this would have been sufficient if we were staying for less than a week. The wifi was not working although wifi was promised. The handle of the entrance door to the home was consistently coming loose and my husband had to tighten screws to repair it numerous times or the door wouldn’t shut properly. Though air conditioning was indeed available, it was only found in the bedroom. It was not enough to cool the entire property, which was fine with us, but misleading. Overall, property was fine for a week if you’re someone who doesn’t stay at the property much during your trip. Luckily we only used the property for showering and sleeping, so this was fine. Lack of full home air conditioning and trash bags would not have been suitable if we had brought our infant on the trip.
