Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place walking distance to the beach and pool. Close to the Dolphin casino and bowling alley in Dorado del Mar, a prestigious community in Dorado, PR.

Our property is a two story condo with two bedrooms and one and a half bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a 6 drawer dresser available for your use.

As a courtesy we will provide personal hygiene items like shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper, which are not replaceable once they are over during your stay. We have plenty of convenience stores around the area should you need to restock.

The condo also has a gated assigned parking spot available for you during your stay, security 24/7, a common pool walking distance from the house and beach access just a short walk from the property.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials, Espresso machine for a fresh morning coffee, and pots and pans for your use.

Living room and dining room on the lower level with access to the terrace with and AC unit, TV (MUST CONNECT WITH YOUR IWN ROKU ACCOUNT) and free wifi. Puerto Rico has many power and water outages. We DO NOT HAVE power generators or cisterns. If theres a power or water outage during your stay, we do apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not reimburse any money.

From the moment we walked into the apartment, we were disappointed. The apartment felt dirty and dingy. The half bath, right next to front door, had a dirty toilet and very loose seat. Walls were scratched/dirty. Ceiling above stove had water stains and bubbles and stove top was dirty with scratches on the range. There was water on the dining room floor near window. Bathroom upstairs was dingy and was dark. After being there approximately 10 minutes, we were not comfortable so we left and stayed at a hotel. The surrounding area across the street had nice homes. This property looked like the projects in any major city. If you decide to book, ask the owner for outside pictures, and you will see what I mean.

We loved staying at this townhouse for a month!!! Perfect location as it was close to beautiful beaches, the community pool, and easy walking distance to little restaurants, bars, and coffee houses! We also walked to the grocery store and shops up by the entrance. We also met a lot of wonderful people there! Additionally, enough cannot be said about how helpful and wonderful the host Melba was. We will be back!!!!

This place was absolutely perfect!!! Double security to get to the unit, good size bedrooms, full kitchen, wash/dryer, parking right in front, sitting area in the yard, pool super close. Casino, beach and bowling steps away. 24 hrs Walgreens less then a 1-4 away. Absolutely loved it. Owner responded SUPER QUICK to my texts. Thank you for a great vacation.

The host was very welcoming. She explained the amminitiess of the property.But, the gate to the pool wouldn't open, the downstairs toilet was stopped up from the start. I contacted her to get someone to come by and fix it. She told me it would be Monday before someone could come by. I was scheduled to leave Monday morning. Just poor service and followup

The stay was very pleasant and completely hassle-free. Melva is a wonderful host, very responsive and attentive. She goes above and beyond by providing extras like beach chairs and coolers, making the experience even more enjoyable. The pool area is excellent, and the beach is just minutes away. Great vacation in Dorado!

My husband and daughters stayed at Melba’s villa for 6 days and 6 nights just a few weeks ago! The villa was nice and clean and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. Melba was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The villa is located in a nice residential neighborhood and very safe. The beach is within a few minutes walking distance, very beautiful and private. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back!

Great place to stay

I loved staying at Melba’s townhome. Place was clean, Melba communicated and when we had a small hiccup with the check in, she accommodated us. The location was in a nice, gated area of Dorado. When I come back to Dorado, I’ll definitely be staying there or at one of Melba’s properties.

I had a little difficulty finding the VRBO but my husband says I am challenged regarding finding directions. Clean and comfortable. A walk to a nice beach. The old thing I would like was an American percolator or electric coffee pot. Good communication with the owner. Cute center of town just on the beach with many restaurants. Not touristy. Felt safe but wouldn’t walk from restaurants to the room at night alone It was very dark and little light

Wonderful Villa

This property is wonderful. It is has everything one needs in a vacation rental and is beautifully appointed. The location can’t be beat - it is safe, quiet and within close walking distance of both a great pool and the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, plus grocery stores, etc. The owner was terrific and responded immediately to any questions. Highly, highly recommend this property!
