”The whole place is excellent ! I love the 2 bedroom cabin we stayed at . It has fabulous views of Mitchell Bay from the dining/living room and the 2 bedrooms . We love that you could cook and bbq . Josie and Janice were so helpful and wonderful ! We can’t wait to come back in the summer ! ”

”Everything was delightful. I was received most graciously out on the road because I could not find the place. The room was extremely pleasant with those touches that make it feel really cozy like a white robe and slippers. I had not told them that stairs were difficult for me so they had me on the third floor, but when I requested a first floor unit, they immediately switched me down without any hassle. ”

”Yes the property welcomed our 18 lb. Havanese. However the Shaw Suite where we stayed was very disappointing. I would consider it very shabby…chipped paint on kitchen cabinets…old rickety dining chairs.. Ancient mattresses that were very saggy and uncomfortable…the bathroom is a horror…cracked and moldy wall by the shower…tiny, ancient and dingy bathroom. Although the Inn is pet friendly…the pet friendly room we stayed in was not human friendly at all! Our to go breakfast however was very...

”Just your average older motel but it was clean and they clearly try hard to keep things that way. Everyone was very helpful, we will be back. ”

”Stay was good- room comfortable and fireplace gave it a nice touch. To the hotel owner I suggest changing the toilet seat which was visibly worn out and reminding cleaning personnel to also clean the fireplace shelf which was dusty. Everything else was great. ”

”I stayed at this hotel from Friday to Sunday, but unfortunately I had to check out early on Saturday night because of the noise. The biggest issue is the poor sound insulation. The TVs from other rooms seem to be mounted on the wall right behind the headboards, so you can clearly hear everything from the neighboring rooms. During the night, my neighbor was playing loud music and it was almost impossible to sleep. I understand that noise can happen, but the structure of the rooms really needs...

Only thing is is, it isn’t designed for someone that depends on a walker or wheelchair. It wasn’t impossible, just difficult. ”
