”An absolutely beautiful house to stay in. We used this as a home base over several days in order to check out Santa Fe and Taos. It took about an hour to get to both from the house. There was plenty of room for 4 adults. ”

”The backyard was amazing and made the stay here worth it just by itself! Lots of seating right along the river and a picnic table. The flowers and grass were well maintained. The inside of the house had everything we needed for our 2-day stay. The only thing I’ll say is there is no cell service there but they did have WiFi that worked great. Overall we would definitely recommend!”

The casita was an enchanting historical building set in a breathtaking area. Floyd was so welcoming and gave us great advice of things to do and places to see in the area. ”We had had car trouble prior to arriving and the serenity of this place calmed our frazzled nerves. Our host was very responsive to all of our needs. Especially liked having chocolate there to welcome us and enjoyed the homemade cherry jelly with toast for breakfast. The backyard was very zen and peaceful. Feeling grateful.”

”It was perfect for my husband and I because it was the last leg of a long road trip so we were able to rest and rejuvenate. It is very remote, tucked away on its own about 40-50 minutes from Santa Fe on a very rural stretch. We enjoyed our stay and the chef prepared room service dinner very much! ”

This is a great home base for activities in the Santa Fe area, especially if you plan to visit Bandelier / Los Alamos region as it's about 10 minutes closer than downtown SF.Home is right across the street from the Four Seasons restaurant and spa, and there are a handful of fantastic restaurants in area (shout out to Tusuque Village Market and El Nido).”

”Lovely home in a beautiful place. We enjoyed the screened porch and the bedrooms with their own bathrooms were perfect for our 3 adult children and their partners. It was a great "home base" for visiting our friends in Abiquiu and at Ghost Ranch, shopping in Santa Fe, and hiking at Bandelier and in the Carson National Forest. We also enjoyed some quiet days doing art projects and birding around the house. A highlight was heading out to the road late one night to photograph the incredible night...
