”The staff was very pleasant, and she did whatever she could. We booked a quadruple room, but we received an email from Nafre House stating that it was accidentally double-booked due to a system glitch. They promised to provide us with two double rooms side by side, at no additional cost. But that promise was not kept. Our rooms were far apart. This hotel is a warehouse converted into a motel. We booked for two nights, but we were so pissed off that we decided to check out the very next morning....

”Parking was easy. Nice sitting areas. Easy walk to a restaurant. Shared refrigerator we could put some stuff in. Good breakfast. Friendly staff”

”Although the hotel is meant to be rustic and it very much is, it is lacking in some areas. The bed could have been more comfortable. The bed linens need to be updated. A coffee maker was more necessary than the furnished refrigerator. ”

Plenty of juice and coffee (you could have multiple cups) The room was ok, clean. Well equipped, it had some shelving to unpack onto, which lots of places don’t have. Big fridge in the common kitchen to use. We didn’t use the common kitchen apart from to use the fridge and kettle. Lots of wildlife about in the garden. It is next to a chicken farm though! ”Stayed three nights there. The price-quality ratio was really good. The breakfast was sufficient enough and made according to my timetable since my visit took place outside the high season. But most of all I want to thank the manager. He assisted me in reserving the zip-lines and the jungle visit. He also provided a laundry service at a very short notice. ”When we arrived to the hotel they didn't know we were coming because they hadn't got our reservation, although I had got the confirmation. Fortunately they had two rooms available. I would have called them because we came pretty late, but there wasn't any telephone number at hotels.com confirmation message. The hotel was neat and clean, but big minus is that there was only cold water in the shower. Breakfast was big and good. ”
