Everything was wonderful - the property is large and beautifully furnished, with a lovely well-maintained garden and a fantastic pool which we spent a lot of time enjoying. Two of the double bedrooms have air conditioning, and the hilltop position means that with open doors and windows there is a pleasant breeze through the rest of the villa when it is hot. ...

The terrace has an unmatched view over the land and lake, there‘s a nice breakfast place with shade, a barbecue, swings for the kids, a pool big enough to cool down pleasantly, and two friendly but not too intrusive cats live in the shed next to the house. It‘s close to the beautiful lake, in Bolsena are restaurants,very good icecream and a Coop, you can rent boats in Capodimonte, but you can also drive to the seaside or to beautiful cities like...
