”The rooms were moldy, and out dated. We had to switch rooms twice because of the mold in one room was unbearable especially since out children are asthmatic. The next room's AC didn't cool as much. The bathrooms had hard water everywhere. My room got cleaned probably one time since I've been there and I stayed 10 days with my family. There was limit english speakers or translators. ”Beautiful rooms and area. Lovely and quiet. One note to mention, the beach across the road is not the crystal blue waters as the sand is dark. It’s also a busy area for fishing so we didn’t swim. There’s some nice restaurants within walking distance and a great grocery store. ”

”This mavbe my most enjoyable stay ever in a hotel. I have never been in a hotel where absolutely everybody was so polite, friendly and engaed in creating a memorable experience for the guests. The owner of the hotel personally took me on an excursion which was so exciting and so thoughtful. All the team knew my name and tretaed me like a member of rheir famiy. The hotel was well maintained, located on (and my room overlooked) a great beach and the food was perfect! I will stay here again”

”Wonderful place and lovely host. Their bioluminescence tour with Luis was amazing! Bed is comfortable. Be aware that there is no AC and it is 80 degrees at night. They have a great set up, fans pointed at the beds. Highly recommend this proprty!”

”Had an initial mix-up but after that it was a nice stay and Carlos was super helpful and friendly. The beach is close by, the domes are fun and there is wildlife all around with a monkey troupe in the trees above each evening. The nearby bioluminescent bay is a highlight.Thank you!”

”The property is beautiful, Tomas is incredibly helpful and passionate, comfy bed, nice pools, yummy breakfast (bread/ jellies, coffee/tea, juice, fresh fruits, eggs) & close to beaches and Bioluminescent tour in secluded area so plenty of nature to enjoy. The entrance sidewalk is steep so wear hiking/tennis shoes not sandals/ heels, Tomas did offer to help us bring our bags up which was nice but just be aware it may not be accessible for everybody.
