”The kitchen, bathrooms and the rest of the house was very clean. The water pressure in the showers was great. There was some laundry in the washer and a full load of items in the dryer that we had to move to wash some of our clothes. We did not use any of the cookware or dishes. Perhaps some of the pantry/refrigerated items should be gone through and discarded. The outdoor area in the back was very nice and enjoyable. Cuchara is a fun place to visit and the folks that own the restaurants and...

”This RV is very spacious and luxurious. Although the pull out sofa bed was not very comfortable, the couch itself was comfortable to sleep one adult. The queen bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. But the standout is the beautiful mountain scenery and the llamas, which you can see out pretty much every window in the RV. Getting to feed the llamas was awesome! Leah was very responsive when we had a WiFi issue and had it fixed quickly. We also loved their friendly dog. Very dog friendly - the...

”Convenient access to paved road. Beautiful views of sunrise and sunsets. Comfortable beds and nice showers. Centralized location for a home base so we could see many sites in the area over the time we were there. I would choose to stay there again if ever in the area in the future.”

”Nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay! Space enough for quiet times and group times, indoors and outdoors on the large 2nd floor deck and individual decks. Windows everywhere had us feeling we shared the outdoors in privacy. Hearing birds and the Cuchara River through open windows was a joy. Every bedroom is nice; there isn’t a bedroom that isn’t great. Huge theater-quality TV if you have an event you want to watch. Loved the spacious kitchens, high tech bathrooms, and great radiant...
