The property sits on a beautiful 10-acre parcel, where the owners also reside in a separate, private home. For everyone’s comfort (including the cattle) and privacy, a few areas of the vast property are not accessible to guests.



The newly renovated farmhouse is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation, including a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with an electric fireplace and smart TV, and a private patio area with outdoor seating and a propane fire pit.



Two bedrooms and one bathroom are located on the second story, each with stunning views of the surrounding hills. An additional room on the first floor features a comfortable bunkbeds. With accommodations for up to six guests, this home is perfect for families or groups of friends.



In addition to the modern conveniences, the farmhouse also includes all the essentials for a comfortable stay, such as air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi, as well as a full range of kitchen and bathroom supplies. Getting Around:

After you turn off Orcutt Rd, the driveway will be on your first right. Stay to the left as you pass the first home and continue down the driveway to find the Modern Farmhouse.



There are a few parking spots in front of the smaller fence or you can park directly in front of the door under the cover of the roof.

*All bookings are required to agree to our rental agreement terms prior to check-in. A copy will be provided upon reservation confirmation. Also, payment processing fess are non-refundable.

**Dog Policy 🐾**

We’re dog-friendly! A $100 pet fee applies per stay. We welcome lower-shedding dogs under 50 lbs; larger lower-shedding dogs may be approved case by case—please ask when booking.

Please note:

* Dogs must be 1 year+

* No unattended pets

* Keep dogs off furniture (bring a bed)

* Must be flea-free and up to date on vaccinations

* Clean up all pet waste



Damage or excessive mess may result in additional charges.
