Just 20 mins. from the International Airport, 30 mins. from SURF CITY La Libertad & 45 minutes from San Salvador. This is a private beachfront Rancho, featuring a small and large pool, kitchen, coconut trees, and hammocks to enjoy the view and relax, breeze and sound of the ocean from our two-level cabana. The sunsets and sunrises are amazing; the fresh local fish, simply unbeatable! Now with hot water showers, TV in master bedroom. A 4th bedroom can be available for an extra fee. Free Wi-Fi.

Relaxing private beach with private ocean access, two level gazebo and pool to enjoy, plenty of natural landscape including coconut trees and lush green grass. The home is fully equipped featuring fully stocked kitchen, dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, blender, refrigerators, propane gas stove and oven and outdoor grill.. Just bring your food and charcoal. Sleep comfortably in spacious bedrooms with A/C, and feel at home in the open concept living and dining areas which have A/C. Don’ forget your swimwear and be sure to relax in the beautiful well taken care pool with outdoor showers. Check-in 4pm and check-out 2pm.

Upon request, our caretaker may be available to maximize your rest and relaxation while staying. Be sure to ask about fees in which cooking and laundry are taken care of for your party!

Washer and Dryer are available at a cost of $5 per load
- Fresh coconut, feel free to ask the caretaker to get some to eat/drink for $1.00 each.
- The water at the house is “well water” (electric pump) used for bathrooms and kitchen. We highly recommend you buy bottled water from the grocery store to use for drinking and cooking during your stay. A 5 gallon bottle costs around $6.00.
- Please be aware that the typical construction in El Salvador, especially at the beach is concrete and tile flooring which tends to be slippery, please dry your self when exiting the pool/beach and before entering the house to avoid any slip and fall.
This property has security cameras at main entrance parking area and beach side. A 4th bedroom is available at extra charge.
