”This place is a gem! As we entered the neighborhood to the home, we were greeted by several deer. I wanted to play with them; they were so cute! Marlen met us at the property and showed us around, ensuring we were comfortable and addressing any questions or concerns we had. Everything was clean and made you feel at home. I loved waking up in the morning and hearing the birds sing, as well as getting visits from the deer. I highly recommend staying here, and I look forward to my next visit. ”

”We played on the river for five days. The proximity is amazingly close to Rio Vista (free municipal park) about a four block walk. Made it so easy to spend the morning at the river. Come home for lunch. Go back to the river and still have an evening of family time. The access to I 35 is awesome. Having four bathrooms with 10 people made things very nice. The proximity to the Olympic outdoor center on the other side of the freeway, makes it extremely easy to get to professional guides and rental...

”Clean, modern, spacious and really close to TXSU. Pool was very nice. All the amenities you’d need, even pool towels. We had a great time. Everyone had a bed and there was lots of room. Checking in was easy and communication went great too. We loved this house and will definitely stay here again if it’s available next time!”

”My family and I stayed for few days at the Lux Blanco for my daughter’s TXST NSO. The house had literally everything we needed for our stay. Beds very comfortable, Kitchen had all appliances needed to cook whatever we wanted. Check in was very simple and quick. Mrs Shayan (the host)was very quick to respond and understanding to any questions we had.We hope to stay again there soon !”

”The property was close to the school for graduation and down the historic street of San Marcos. It was spacious for the family and the kitchen and serving areas were fantastic. All the kitchen supplies you need are there. The front porch was also a nice gathering spot. The host was responsive and reasonable to work with. Chairs on the porch would have been super nice. ”
