”Not worth the price. Period. The front desk guy was sleeping when I arrived then seemed bothered by me being there. Didn’t speak to me other than for my ID and I would have asked for an upgrade since I needed a freezer but it wasn’t an option. ”Metro Hotel is a delightful find! The decor in the main areas and the rooms is whimsical and fun, the staff are polite and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable. I had four great nights here and am going back again in April. It's a great find in Petaluma!”

”I was not satisfied with my stay. The bed was horrible. Worn out. you can hear & feel the spring on the mattress. Sinks in. Be aware they dont provide shampoo, conditioner or body wash. You'll get 2 small bar soaps. Only positive is convenient parking.”
