”Wasn’t our first visit, won’t be our last! We love this resort. Perfect for couples and families. Has never been overcrowded or difficult to enjoy the property and amenities.
Restaurants are solid. Coffee shop and market are amazing and super convenient. Rooms are great (both the bungalows and riserva).
Love that the main pool is 24 hours. Beach access is easy and comfortable.
If you book through Expedia, you’ll be charged an OTA fee. Ours was $117/day.”

”We stayed for 4 nights. The bed and room were clean and comfortable. The TV was nice and worked great with Netflix and other apps. Great air conditioning. The front desk agents were nice and easy to reach. Free parking was appreciated.
Those are the only positives I can come up with.
There isn't hot water in the showers. It gets like room temperature at best. I complained to the front desk but they just told me to let it run for a long time to see if it would get hot. It never did. They did...

”Absolutely loved this place. Yes, it’s dated. But it had everything i needed to make my quick getaway enjoyable. A special thank you to Louis at the pool side bar. He was incredible. So attentive and thoughtful. 10/10 service from him. Pools. Jacuzzi. Beach. Everything in walking distance. Not much else you could ask for. Also, thank you to Melany, Angel and Andres for the daily text check ins and quick fixes when needed. Definitely returning. ”

”Great, new hotel. Nicely done.
The only surprise was that our room, which was really big and good as such, didn’t have a window! It was like an interior room in the middle of the hotel building and hence couldn’t have a window, but still it would have been good to see that info in the room description when booking the room. :-)
In addition, we got a connected room - I usually write a special request ’no connecting room’ but this time I forgot it - and the doors between the rooms let sound...
