The restaurant was superb and the proprietor and staff were exceptional with their caring. It is a family operation and they are charming. ”Ho prenotato la struttura tramite il sito hotels.com, il giorno del check-in, la reception mi manda indietro dicendo che non compare nessuna prenotazione a nome mio, quando invece avevo mostrato prenotazione e ricevuta. Pensavo che visto il disagio, mi offrisse una soluzione gratis mentre si cercava di capire l’inconveniente e invece per forza voleva farmi pagare un’altra stanza.
