Sunset Horizon, Golf del Sur

A very bright and well-maintained self-catering villa with views out over the 1st Fairway on the North course at Golf del Sur and one of the best panoramic sea views in the resort! The Sun shines virtually all day on the very private terrace and is ideal for sunbathing in privacy. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. There are sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas for your use.

- Layout -

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, bed side tables, fitted wardrobes, a window with shutters and mosquito nets as well as a ceiling fan. Also, a large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, WC and basin and large corner bath.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, a ceiling fan and a French door with shutters leading to the terrace with fantastic views of the golf course. Bathroom number two has a walk-in shower, WC and basin.

The kitchen is well appointed including a washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob and oven. The living area has two sofas. One three-seater and one two-seater. Equipped with a ceiling fan and satellite television with large patio doors leading to the private terrace. The dining area has table and chairs to seat 4 people. The large terrace is tiled and is very private and not overlooked by neighbouring villas! Total privacy! The terrace has a large built-in barbecue along with table and chairs for six and four sunbeds.

There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, excursion shop, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.

Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!
