This newly renovated ground floor self-catering villa has three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. The unit enjoys a large private garden with stunning views of the adjacent golf course. Located in a very private section of the resort, it is still just a few minutes walk to the communal pools and sunbeds. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. There are sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas for your use.

Bedroom one (1) has a king size bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, wall mirror, window with shutters, air-conditioning (chargeable) and a flat TV screen.

Bedroom two (2) features a kind size bed, bedside tables with lamps, wall mirror, air-conditioning (chargeable), and large doors with access to the terrace and garden.

Bedroom three (3) features 2 single beds with a floor standing lamp, TV on wall and air-conditioning (chargeable).

Family bathroom has a walk in shower, bath, vanity unit with sink, mirror and WC.

Bathroom two (2) is a full bathroom with vanity unit with sink, WC, mirror and a walk-in shower.

The living has two comfortable sofas with small coffee tables. Also in the living room a flat screen TV on wall with lots of UK & European channels, a lamp and wide French doors that give access to the terrace and garden.

The dining area has a new dining table seating up to six (6) people.

The kitchen is all brand-new with everything you need when on your holiday. This includes a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, kettle and toaster.

The outdoor terrace area also has table and chairs seating up to six (6) people. Outside also features a BBQ, washing machine and two (2) sunbeds.

This villa is very bright due to the high ceiling that provides natural light all day.

Parking must be reserved in advance - this is 5.50 EUR per day.

There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, excursion shop, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.

Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!
