Our highly reviewed apartment is the perfect choice to relax and unwind. It has been renovated to a high standard and is hosted by the owner. You can explore the sights and local attractions of Golf Del Sur as there is so much to see and do.

The apartment is inside a private gated complex. There is a heated communal swimming pool onsite with sunbeds for your enjoyment and there are gardens and even a children's playground and outside gym equipment area. There is a poolside bar for refreshments so you don't have to go far to get food and drinks.

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect short or longer stay.

The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a freezer and a microwave. The apartment offers a large wall mounted television, internet access and even a Bluetooth ceiling mounted speaker and LED strip adjustable lighting.

There is one bedroom in the apartment which has a double bed with wall mounted TV with streaming service. There is additional sleeping space in the apartment, comprising a comfortable double sofa bed.

The stylish bathroom has a toilet, sink and a walk-in shower. It also has a top load washing machine to freshen up your clothes.

Bed linen, towels, tea towels and a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 14.00 and check-out is 10.00 but this can possibly be flexible where agreed with the owner.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- There is no parking available at the property but plenty of public parking spaces around the area
- Pets are not allowed at the property as community rules forbid these
