"Asiakaspalvelu oli erinomaista! Huone vaikutti päällisin puolin siistiltä mutta kylpyhuoneen poreamme oli likainen. En ole ammattilainen mutta haju huoneessa toi mieleen homeen, olinme yhden yön ja molemmille tuli outoja oireita, jotka katosivat lähdettyä. Illallisbuffet oli surullinen. Baarin valikoimissa ollit club leipä oli erinomainen."

"The concept of running a big hotel complex all inclusive and activities via application would be nice if the created app would work. We stayed for 5 nights and the application was not working at any point. We missed many activities because of the issue. The food was good, try especially different cheeses with honey. The smoothie buffet was so delicious. The hotel is nice, rooms spacious. You get a small workout every time you go somewhere as there are a lot of stairs anywhere you go. Taxi to airport costs around 20 euros, to Los Americas 30 euros. We chose all inclusive as there is nothing near this hotel. But our main thing was only to relax and enjoy sun and food. Beach towels could be changed at any time. You need taxi to go anywhere. There is a tiny shop at the hotel, but it has mostly souvenirs. Location near airport did not bother at all. Overall the experience was good, but will probably not return to this hotel."
