”The staff especially Aracelli embraced me like a sister. She was wonderful in every aspect. The hotel was amazing, it opens into a beautiful kitchen area, a fountain to the other side and dining room, then two comfy living spaces. My room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was my room sat above a very busy and noisy street. I would definitely stay here again! Gracias, Aracelli! ”

”This was the perfect hotel for our trip! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Omar answered all of our questions very patiently and gave us great suggestions for things to do and places to visit. It was close enough to walk to the historical center and other attractions. We loved watching the sunset from the rooftop patio and felt like this was our home away from home as we explored the region around Queretaro.”
