Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a pull-out sofa bed, a TV and a dining area
- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: a microwave, a toaster, hobs…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190)
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet

Outside:
- A 12 m² west-facing terrace fitted with an awning and outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying sunny days and the view of the mountains.
- A shared, unheated swimming pool, open from 1 April to 31 October (opening dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions).

Activities:
Whether it’s canyoning or hiking, relaxing or discovering the authentic charm of picturesque Corsican villages – including Bastia, 40 km away – there’s something for everyone on the Costa Verde.
The region’s hiking trails will take you through the mountains and offer breathtaking views of the sea! If you enjoy hiking, the Cascata dell’Ucelluline trail is a must.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park (first come, first served).

- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- The accommodation is fitted with a security system. The cameras are aimed at the communal outdoor areas.
