”okay so let's start with cleanliness. it's obvious the house wasn't cleaned before we got there or the sheets. The bed sheets smelled dusty and the bathroom smelled like urine. The shower had someone's else hair on the walls and floor. The pool was not heated even though it did say it was. ”Access to the private dock, bonfire, and easily accessible by tuk tuk! We had to look for tuk tuks that did not have San Juan on the front to take us as they wanted to charge 20Q per person but we got them down to 15Q, in the end we just ended up telling one which exit it was and it worked out great! ”The hotel room was fine. Not at all like was shown in the pictures. Mold in the corners of the room. The bathroom window, which opened out on to a corridor wouldn't lock either.
