”We stayed at the Caye Hotel - SP for four nights (sun-thurs) in March 2026. The rooms were clean, beds firm but comfortable. The staff was very helpful with recommendations of things to do, places to eat. Staff also offered to set up our snorkeling tour, golf cart rental, and water taxi tickets. ”Modern hotel/condo with a fully stocked kitchen. Jake and staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is wonderful and are available all times of the day for anything you require. Balcony is lovely and higher floor - 3 - will give you a glimpse, through the palm trees of the ocean. Pool is small but lovely for a cooling dip and to lay in the sun. Their supplied Belize guide is fantastic. You are close by numerous restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, over the water bars and gas stations...

”The owners and staff at this place were so friendly and helpful, the entire team went over and beyond helping our first time in San Pedro a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, easy walk to good restaurants, markets, beach, and water activities. My daughter and I felt completely safe in the area, they have a locked gate system, for security. The room was clean, beds were comfy. We were in the pearl room on the 3rd floor with great views of the ocean. One tip of advice.. no elevators.....

”Pretty room. Kitchen was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Mosquitoes were fierce! It would have been nice to have shampoo and soap for the shower. Walkable to nice beach and restaurants. Would stay again.”

”Stayed in Cabana 4 for a week in January, room was excellent, bed was firm and comfortable. Staff on site were excellent and enjoyed the daily breakfast either sitting on the porch or at the tables set up by the pool. Location was great, casual and fun truck stop literally across the street and the always excellent rum dog a couple of minutes away. 2 grocery stores within 5 minutes and a fridge in the room for your drinks. 2nd time in Belize, this is a perfect, quiet, relaxing property with easy...

”Lovely unique small hotel by the sea, close to restaurants and diving shops and walking distance to the center. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Christine, we got good tips from her and she booked us a tour and a golf cart. We warmly recommend you if you are not comfortable in a large modern hotel.”
