Welcome to your dream beachfront retreat, located 4.5 miles south of San Pedro, where lush tropical gardens meet the serene Caribbean Sea. This private oasis offers breathtaking views of Caye Caulker, Hol Chan Marine Reserve, and Shark Ray Alley, along with a garden filled with mango, lime, avocado, and banana trees. Watch hummingbirds flutter and butterflies dance as you sip your morning coffee. For refreshments and dining, the nearby boutique hotel, Playa de Sala, offers a convenient option.

Your adventure starts right from the newly built boat dock. Snorkel among vibrant marine life or cast a line and reel in your catch of the day—our local host, Ezequiel, is happy to teach you fishing tips and tricks.

Upstairs Unit

The upper level boasts an open-concept living and kitchen area that flows seamlessly onto a stunning screened veranda with breathtaking Caribbean views. Downstairs Unit

The lower level offers a completely private space with its own kitchen, living area, and wood deck facing the sea. This unit includes one queen bedroom and two en-suite bathrooms, along with a versatile home office that doubles as a bedroom with a pull-out couch. The property is extremely clean and maintained. They have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Ezekiel was extremely responsive and helped to organize a fishing/snorkeling trip for us. We loved the kayaks on the property and the pool was nice too!

The house was great, we had a minor problem but it was taken care of immediately, thanks Coleen!Coleen also gave us the name of a tour guide that was more than awesome. Carlos Cordova and first mate Chris took 6 of us fishing for a day and cooked our lunch on the beach. It was the perfect day so we decided to use him again for a day of snorkeling, I can't say enough good things about Carlos and Chris. Thanks Coleen and staff for everything.

We had an excellent experience with La Perla Azul. The apartments were exceptionally clean, and the management was instantly responsive when one of the guests locked themselves out of the lower apartment. The whole setup more than met our expectations.

Beautiful, well appointed property with two separate living/kitchen areas was perfect for our group. Girls stayed upstairs and wife and I were downstairs. However, until they improve the road from San Pedro to La Perla Azul we will not be returning. What should be a 15 minute ride takes 30 minutes because the road is in TERRIBLE shape!!! I would never have booked this far out had we known what terrible road conditions we would have to endure to and from town. :-( Again, house was perfect, we loved the property and amenities and Ezequiel took care of everything we needed.

We had an amazing time staying at La Perla Azul. It is a beautiful location. Was a perfect place to relax and stay. We enjoyed that it was a bit out of town. Will definitely visit again.

We loved the house and the dock but it was long way from town and most things to do. Luckily a great fishing group was able to pick us up at the dock. But for diving and other adventures you had to drive at least 20-30 minutes.

The house was lovely and spacious. The only real down side would be the master bedroom. It would be great with a king bed, another side table lamp, and better pillows (these were VERY flat). The management team of Cecilia and Ezekiel were fantastic. Every question and request answered promptly, professionally, and they were great to work with. We will be back!

The property was perfect for our group. The property manager, Cecelia was extremely helpful and accomodating, Ezequiel greeted us at the house . He did some shopping for us and also set up our snorkeling day trip. It was really nice having the private pool and dock. I will be back!

This property is very clean, private and makes you feel like home. The pool is very small, good for children. There's no boat dock, but a small wooden platform allows you to kayak from. You need to rent a golf cart as you are 4.75 miles from San Pedro The gardens are spectacular and kept well. There's a very nice screened-in porch, which is essential since the mosquitoes and sand flies are horrible. The property managers are very responsive and will help with adventure planning. We really enjoyed being on Ambergris Caye and staying right on the Caribbean.
