This beautifully appointed home on the ocean overlooks the spectacular barrier reef which is ½ mile offshore. Guest can see Shark Ray Alley, Hol Chan marine reserve and Caye Caulker. The sun rises and sun sets are beautiful, and the wildlife is abundant.

The house is located 4.5 miles South of San Pedro right on the ocean and is family friendly. The garden is luscious with many humming birds and many colored butterflies. A boutique resort is close by for refreshments and food and socializing- Playa de Sala. Also nearby is a small store and several restaurants, pubs and restaurants for entertainment and refreshments.

The upstairs consists of a open concept kitchen and living room areas that lead out to a beautiful screened in veranda with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. The recently built dock is perfect for divers heading out to the reef or those planing to go out fishing and snorkel, guides can pick you up right at the house.

It includes 2 bedrooms(with queen beds) and 2 bathrooms and an additional office, kitchen and living room and an amazing screened in porch. (Two roll away beds available for guest use) The living room is elegantly decorated with a comfortable seating.

The downstairs offers complete privacy from the upstairs. It has an open concept kitchen and living room that opens up to the wooden deck/pool facing the Caribbean Sea. This unit has1 bedroom with a queen bed and a home office with a pull out couch for another sleeping area and 2 bathrooms. It has a desk for remote working a large veranda and beautiful landscaping.

The Private Pool gives complete privacy from the neighbors since it has a wooden fence around, kayaks, fishing poles and board games are available for your enjoyment. The pool is lighted as well as surrounding deck. Belize is a subtropical climate so excellent for night swim.

There is a palapa with table and chairs so you can have a chill pool day. Loungers are available on the deck for enjoying the sunshine. The corn hole game on the beach is perfect for a day of fun or head out on the kayaks and explore the waters. A fun activity is fishing on the kayaks or just off the newly built private dock you might be lucky enough to get the catch of the day for dinner. Ask your concierge where to get fresh bait.

Secret beach is a fun 1 hour drive from the house but don't stress make it a day of island exploring make sure to head out early and stop at the Famous Truck Stop for a delicious Ice Cream on the way there which will make the trip even more exciting.
