Rentoudu tällä upealla merenranta-Belize-huvilalla, jossa on oma uima-allas, telakka, rauhallinen parveke, jossa on hiiligrilli, ja kaksi tilavaa oleskelutilaa - siellä on tilaa kaikille!

Tämä koti on noin kolmen kilometrin päässä San Pedron kaupungista. Sijaitsee Ambergris Cayen eteläisellä kärjellä, Belisin suurimmalla saarella, sinulla on huippuluokan rannat, purjehdus ja vesiurheilu. Tämä lista sisältää kahden tason huvilan molemmat kerrokset. Sisällä kotona, siellä kutsuva ja ilmava elintilaa holvikatot. Ruokailutilassa on neljän hengen pöytä, ja keittiön laskurissa on kaksi baarituolia. Etsi kaikki mitä tarvitset keittiössä prepping herkullisia aterioita.

Ulkopuolella pariovet, todellinen keidas odottaa. Siellä on tilava terassi ja uima-allasalue, jossa on grilliherkkuja, näkymät merelle, ja suuri uima-allas virkistävä uida rantaan taustanasi.

Sisällä sinulla on viisi makuuhuonetta ja neljä ja puoli kylpyjä mahtuu jopa 10 vierasta. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on makuuhuone, jossa on parivuode ja yksi parivuode, puoli kylpyamme ja pääsy patioille. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, ja kolmannessa huoneessa on erillinen sisäänkäynti, jossa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja suuri kylpyamme.

Yläkerrassa on toinen olohuoneesi taulu kaapelitelevisio. Nauti ruokailutila, jossa on istuimet kuusi-kahdeksalle baarituolille tiskillä ja täysin varustettu keittiö. Saat raitista saaren ilmaa, astu ulos upea täyspitkä veranta näkymät Karibian.

Kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta, ylempi taso nukkua jopa neljä henkilöä mukavasti. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size vuode. Myös nauttia talon WiFi ja Keski / C koko kotiin sekä yhteinen pesukone / kuivuri avuksesi.

Sillä paikallisia palveluita, ravintoloita ja toimintaa, päänsä San Pedro muutaman mailin päässä. Loputon joukko trooppisia seikkailut, purjehdus ja snorklaus riutta etsintä ja sukellukseen. Belizen Barrier Reef on joitakin parhaista sukellusta paikkoja maailmassa ja runsaasti kiinnostavia meren elämää.

Property was found mostly as described. We didn't find it particularly luxurious, but the rooms were clean, AC worked, kitchen was well supplied, toilets flushed. There were plenty of towels. Washer and dryer were very useful. Pool guy stopped by the house every day, so did the grounds keeper. There were no grill, or a hammock, and when we had trouble operating the safe, we were told someone will reach out to us with help, but no one actually did. Overall we all enjoyed our week in Belize and this house had plenty of room for all of us. There is a bar within two minute walk from the house called Stax. It served great pizza and strong drinks. Owner Robin is awesome and full of stories. When you stop by, get Blue Hole shot, highly recommend.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - ROACH INFESTED property (I shared pictures with the local representative), we had NO running water for a full half day (the water tank was never filled prior to renting - this was confirmed with the handyman that showed up). We were unable to cook as the advertised stove was not functional. STAY AWAY!!! The pictures are very misleading!

There’s a lot to digest about this experience! Honestly the pool and the view is what made staying here pleasant. Here is what went wrong! 1. No one from the VRBO met us when we checked in. This led to a multitude of problems. The entrance we used had standing sewer water which stalled the golf cart and had us walking in it to move the golf cart out of the water. This was disgusting! 2. Everyday there were roaches in the sink and table area which caused us to have to throw away most of the groceries we had on the table. This was expensive and we opted to not have meals cooked for us here because of how unsanitary it was. 3. The bed broke which took two days to get fixed. 4. Because of the construction and sewer water problem never being fixed we had to reroute our way to come and go from the property which inevitably led to us having a flat (driving over construction materials) and caused us to miss one of our excursions. 5. This location was not prepared for the daily blackouts Belize is going through right now. No generator on site. This caused all the food in the refrigerator to go bad, melt and wasted. No flashlights or notice was given until the third day when I asked if these blackouts were going to happen everyday. I was then directed to a FB group. I tried hard not to let the constant let down of dealing with all that this location brought but the suggestion to go enjoy the stars during the blackout was ridiculous!

The doors to the bathrooms downstairs are horribly noisy (woke me up every time someone got up to pee in the middle of the night), the sliding glass door downstairs is VERY hard to open and close, the other sliding door is hard to lock, the refrigerator and freezer were both dirty when we arrived, the table on the porch downstairs has burn marks, beds aren’t comfortable, the showers throughout could use some work (poor constant pressure and old fixtures) - these are the bad things. The good thing, we all had a great time and would definitely stay again.

A Birthday Getaway With Friends

The view is everything you imagine it to be! The first night we did eat eaten alive by the mosquitoes, but once we realized the importance of OFF! everything came into place. We named the 3 iguanas...ok I did, and and we enjoyed the pool and the pier. I would definitely recommend this property.

The view, the privacy, the welcoming attitude from the locals all made my trip memorable. No one had any complaints about the stay, with is always the goal. We had 9 adults and we all were comfortable and happy with View the Blue.

Paradise!

We had a wonderful time. Two families stayed at the house and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was perfect for our needs. The pool was beautiful, refreshing and cleaned at least twice during the week that we stayed. The view from the house was spectacular! Sylvia, at Frontdesk was wonderful to work with. She arranged for the taxis that we needed, had a golf cart at the house and sent maintenance almost immediately when we had a problem. Suya Tours was also very accommodating. My compliments to Yolanda for going above and beyond to schedule excursions for us. The people of San Pedro could not have been nicer. The meals were wonderful! We highly recommend the Black Orchid, Elvis' Kitchen and don't leave without trying the rice, beans and stewed chicken. Wonderful trip! We were all sad to leave, and look forward to coming back again

Beautiful - perfect for a large family

I stayed here with my parents, sisters and their families over a too-short weekend in January. The set up is ideal; plenty of bathrooms and places for everyone to spread out and relax, and for the kids to play. The pool is perfect, and shaded for most of the day, which makes it a little cool but also safe for pale skin. We spent most of our days sitting there watching the pelicans dive for fish and the beautiful turquoise water in the distance. Be aware that the house is a solid 25-30 minute drive from town, and the road is very bumpy. We were glad we rented the golf carts, but after a couple of trips into town those of us with sensitive spines opted out of rides just for fun. Also, because of the distance, stocking up on groceries is a must. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with pots, pans, and appliances, and we even roasted fish and lobster on the grill one night. Ana and Silvia were great to work with; so accommodating and helpful. We would love to come back!

Amazing Experience - Perfect for Divers

Loved our stay in Casa View the Blue. Vacasa Team was super responsive and helped us in EVERYTHING we needed. We were diving and the house was perfect since the diving company picked us / dropped us in the house's pier. Would recommend to any guest wanting to experience San Pedro with amazing hosts.

Loved this house. Clean, lots of room. The pool was great. The company that manages the home was very helpful. Far enough away from San Pedro to breath yet close enough to go in town for fun. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting Belize.

Great home for a large group or family

We used this home for 8 guest. It’s very nice and clean. The pool area is refreshing and the dock is nice to have for all our activity drop offs. The water is shallow enough to wade out and enjoy a refreshing float. The house has all the necessities for cooking and dining. Had a ninja blender, toaster and a regular blender. The downstairs is not as bi of a kitchen but can get it done. As of our stay 10/14-10/19 the downstairs smelled of cigarette smoke. To get upstairs you need to access the staircase that is outside of the house. Laundry facilities in site, great to have! This home is 3.5 miles on rough dirt road, be prepared to drive 20 minutes into town for food or restaurants. Being 5 miles from town center is nice. You don’t get the hustle and bustle of the town. All the rooms and studio have fantastic air conditioning and comfortable beds. Beach and pool towel are supplied. The home had everything we needed for a comforatable week stay.

Great vacation spot

We loved the house. There were 4 couples and we had plenty of room. The pool was lovely and appreciated the shade around it during the afternoon. Staff was very helpful. Definitely recommend!

6 sisters vacation

Our stay at View the Blue was great. The weather was perfect. the threat of rain was a daily issue but it never happened. The house is divided into 3 apartments which we were not expecting. I had emailed to make sure there was an interior stairway to connect the first floor to the second floor and was told yes. But the second floor stair is outside and around the corner- on the side of the house. We got used to it - having to use our flashlights to light the way until the "downstairs" sisters hit the motion detector. George picked us up at the airport and showed us around town - one way streets, red lines mean no parking, where the grocery and beer stores were located. Our 6 passenger golf cart was delivered to the house and Roberto came to us to sign the final papers. And it was picked up at the house upon our departure. Carts Belize was our rental company of choice. We had a blast in it. Watch out for the bumps in the roads. Captain Daniel somehow found out we were starting our week vacation because he showed up at the house with all the other check in people. We hired he and his son Daniel for 2 glorious days of snorkeling and seeing the island from the water. If you only have one day to snorkel go north to Mexico Rocks. it was amazing. We ate out 6 of the 7 nights. Hungry Grouper was great as was Wild Mangoes and Elvi's. El Fogon and Blue Water Grille were also good. We found Wild Orchid to be over rated. The pool was the best pool we have encountered in our travels. It was a must since the ocean waters of the Caribbean were a bit disappointing with the sea grass (needed for the island's survival) and the Sargasso coming to shore with the winds. Swimming apparently is done from jumping off the docks out past the waters edge. We were a little taken aback from the neighbors building addition going on. Saturday when we arrived the saws were going full time. Sunday was quiet and we used to pool all day. but I think they were considerate of us the rest of the week . And our music speaker helped.. The property management seemed somewhat attentive. Pool cleaner was there about every other afternoon. we needed a light bulb for a lamp in the smallest apartment - but it never showed up. We felt the grill was in rough shape as I had brought some steaks to cook one night and on the second day a new grill was brought in. all in all it was thumbs up. would definitely go back as we did not see enough in one week.

Property is well kept, although did have issues with some power out ages to the stove (2), otherwise great. Even had our fishing guide pick us up from the house boat dock.

View the Blue is wonderful!!

We visited View the Blue for a milestone birthday event. The house was perfect for our group of nine. Plenty of room and a beautiful, beautiful view. We loved the family of iguanas under the stairs. The pool was clean and refreshing. Lupita took excellent care of us. She arranged cabs to and from the ferry and even came out to the house when we had trouble with the internet. We had a beautiful week with our family and dearest friends. View the Blue is a wonderful place and we highly recommend the house, Lupita and her staff.

House was great for my family and friends. There are three totally separate living spaces so plenty of privacy for all. Management was very helpful to arrange anything we wanted. Would have been great if the dock was fixed (after a hurricane in Aug. 2016) and the house is a little far from town.
