”Breakfast and customer service were the best we have had in a while. We had a party of 25 and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs, always greeted us by name. The spa and the transportation were really good as well. The Unicentro mall is a street away and very convenient to walk to everyday. I highly recommend this hotel. ”

”I only stayed one night and didnt try any services (like breakfast etc) but the room was perfect and clean, wifi worked well, staff and service was wonderful, the hotel was beautiful, mall Unicentro across the street. Simply nothing to complain, I would stay again and recommend to anyone!”

”My experience was really good, everything is very neat and clean. People are extremely nice! And very accommodating. The daily breakfast is really good and very Colombian. They will make your eggs per request.
I really think there should be a microwave in every room. I don’t like the idea of having to go downstairs to warm things up or use the kitchen and then having to wash things. Other than that, the place is great, I will come back and recommend for sure! ”
”I went for a surgery and the people was "great ", they helped me a lot. If you ask me I come back I will say yes. I dont care if the building is old that makes it more special.
Only problem I saw when you order something you have to go to the parking or if you come in taxi they have to leave you in the front at the parking even if you come with many bags. The security guys are mean and so rude, not all but a few they are.”
